In 1998, in Poljansky high school of the Ryazan region of the Ryazan area in Russia the local lore circle was created. We have begun to be engaged in a history of the village. When the small material was accumulated, we, together with the teacher of a history, have decided to create a school museum. To type for it of exhibits, we each day caught on houses, asking for the inhabitants ancient things. Some ran us, it was difficult to them to return those things, so much memories are connected to which one, but there were also those who with pleasure returned us all that already has left custom. So in our museum the ancient irons of all sizes and forms, different ware, cradle and much another have appeared.
After we have bypassed all houses in looking ups of exhibits for a museum, we have put before ourselves new problems: to study a history sat under the documents and memories of the inhabitants. There were many directions for activity. Our circle was sectioned on some groups on concerns. One group studied a history of construction and destruction of our church, another - history of school, third - history of creation of monuments to the heroes of Great Patriotic War in our village, and fourth has interested in the famous people - natives of our village. All our material we made out in the reports, the messages with some acted on local lore conferences. Unfortunately, any places we did not take, but victory, according to our reckoning, not most important, main that on conferences we have learned a lot of new and interesting, met with the guys from others of the same circles.
Once our chief - Akimov Peter Aleksandrovich (look a photo), has offered us to try ourself in tourism. We have selected day, he has brought spring hooks, ropes and bindings and all together we went in a forest. We very much liked the maiden training. After that day the tourism has taken in our life the same place as well as regional study. Soon we began to go on competings, to acquaint with other tourist clubs. So the juvenile regional specialists became the juvenile tourists - regional specialists. In May, 2000 there was an idea to rename a circle the tourists - regional specialists into Tourist-local lore club Azimuth. All of us together have elaborated symbolics of the club, its laws and rules.
The maiden campaign, we have departed to which one already as туристическо-local lore club Azimuth, there was a water campaign on the Pra river. All path consisting approximately of 156 kilometers, we have passed for 8 days, one day from them for us was day-off. Have begun motion from Spas-Klepiki and have finished in Brykin Bohr. Before a campaign we studied the region of our travel, were interested in its history. All participants of a campaign were placed in five kayaks (till a four). Each day we drove till some tens kilometers. From the beginning it was difficult each morning and each evening to disassemble and to collect camp, but in couple of days we have come in a rhythm. The days flied one behind another, and soon eight days have passed. But to part to terms of club for a long time it was not necessary. You see for following day after a campaign we have departed for five days on 40-th Regional tourist meeting in Sazhenevo village. Here too it was not necessary to miss. All days were planned also all of us time by something were held. Was lucky us and with a weather, you see days, as against marching, stood solar. Only before the departing the clouds have collected and there was a rain. After these competings club Azimuth was dismissed till September.
In the maiden educational month our Tourist-local lore club has departed on a tourist meeting in region of village Agropustyn. These competings for azimuthes have passed is successful, you see one our command has taken the maiden place, and another third in general offset of a meeting. Soon already familiar each other tourists have collected on tourist base Argentine ponds in Sazhenevo village. These competings have passed very interestingly, there were many strong commands, for which one it was possible to learn. There were many interesting acquaintances and occurrings with the old friends.
It is possible to note, that our club began to do the increasing slope on tourism, though it not absolutely so. It is more to be spoken about tourism because the competings, and meetings are more often, than local lore conferences.
